Tele-Fonika Announces Framework Agreement with TP SA

Tele-Fonika KABLE has signed a “Framework Agreement for Supply of Telecommunication Cables for the Needs of Telekomunikacja Polska S.A.” The agreement was concluded for an unlimited period of time.

The subject matter of the agreement are supplies of telecommunication cables dedicated to the construction of structural networks inside facilities, for construction of local and wide-area networks) containing single and multi-mode fibres. The agreement specifies prices of cable types, payment conditions, warranties, etc. The quantities of cables and supply terms will be determined each time by TP S.A. as in the agreement.

Tele-Fonika made itself liable for supply of cables to the southern region of Poland, encompassing the following provinces: Śląskie, Opolskie and Łódzkie.

Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. is the largest Polish telecommunication operator providing services throughout the country and having over 21,000 employees.
